I've watched incredible entrepreneurs succeed, and I've watched equally talented business owners struggle — not because they lacked passion, but because they lacked guidance, preparation, and a clear financial strategy. That realization became my mission.

Today, my purpose is simple: help entrepreneurs become financially prepared to access capital, build profitable businesses, invest strategically, protect what they build, and create generational wealth. I don't believe funding changes businesses — I believe knowledge, preparation, and wise decisions do. Funding simply becomes the tool that accelerates the vision.
Throughout my career, I've helped clients navigate real estate, lending, insurance, business growth, and creative financing across Los Angeles County, Kern County and San Diego County.

I'm a licensed California broker operating under eXp Realty, and I serve clients in English and Spanish, because opportunity speaks both languages.
